1 cup of warm water 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup coconut flour ** optional: oil for cooking (avocado, coconut or olive oil) **optional: other seasonings 1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Add water and knead with hand until ball forms. Set aside for 15 minutes to set. 3. Divide into 4 balls. 4. Roll out to desired shape. 5. Cook in a shallow pay (with light spray of oil if using oil), about 1 minute on each side until it browns. While each side is cooking, put the lid on to help the inside cook. 6.Set on a cooling rack. Store up to 1 week in an airtight container in the fridge, or freeze for longer freshness.
